What is an implant?
An implant is an artificial tooth root made out of biocompatible titanium to which a new tooth is attached.

For people with missing teeth, a dental implant may be the most esthetic and natural way to replace a tooth. Dental implants provide an effective, long term replacement and provide greater structural support and may last longer than either bridges or dentures.
